Ethics Statement: “Begin this C.H.A.P.T.E.R. with healing.”
Our mission is to offer the highest level of clinical care to patients in a friendly, healing, and beautiful environment that addresses our patients from a holistic approach. We endeavor to do this while providing services to patients, their families, and the community at large such as child supervision during sessions and a maintenance program during and after therapy sessions. We strive to form integrated professional relationships with patients, family members, colleagues, physicians and residents of the Greater Upper Marlboro community and surrounding communities. Our goal is to create a community that embraces physical health, healing, and wellness. Every aspect of our practice will be guided by our values of caring, honesty, attentiveness, patience, teamwork, encouragement, and respect (C.H.A.P.T.E.R).
Caring: We desire that our patients, their families, and the community experience and know that we care about their overall well-being. We will demonstrate passion for assisting patients toward their healing.
Honesty: We believe in truthfulness and sincerity with all of our personal and business transactions as well as being direct and compassionate about patient rehabilitation conditions and prognosis with an optimistic outlook.
Attentiveness: We will provide each customer with the attention and respect that they deserve. We will provide a polite and warm environment to ensure our interactions make our customers and potential customers know they matter to us.
Patience: We will work hard to display and practice patience and respect to one other and our customers in all interactions to ensure a special experience that promotes overall healing.
Teamwork: We will exude the best quality of healthy practices for working together as a team to ensure our patients receive the best rehabilitative care and assist our patients in returning to their prior level of functioning.
Encouragement: We will encourage our patients to work hard toward their goals, create an environment of positivity and confidence, and assist patients to believe in their ability to heal under the quality care received at Navah Physical Therapy.
Respectful: We will display respect, give respect, and receive respect as a fundamental characteristic at Navah Physical Therapy because everyone will understand that we all matter and we will help one other achieve what makes us all better. We will respect each other in thoughts, words, deeds, and gestures worthy of us as human beings.
